Project description:
Element comprises 35 one and two bedroom apartments across two 3-level buildings, with covered car parking (car, scooter and bicycle). Lush native landscaping has been used extensively throughout Element including living lobby roof and courtyard rain gardens that are the foundation of Element’s unique water conservation and re-use system providing potable water to residents and irrigation to New Zealand native planting.

At Element Apartments hot water is provided centrally by a hot water heating system which consists of gas fired water boilers, hot water storage tanks, and circulation pumps.
Hot & cold water consumption is monitored and measured with the latest in smart meter technology to ensure accurate and transparent read data for the customer
