The prize draw is promoted by My Energy Ltd.. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.

The prize draw is open between 29 June 2022 and 31 July 2022 (Eligibility Period).
The prize draw is for one $300 Prezzy Card. Prezzy® card is issued by Kiwibank Limited. By using the card, you agree to the terms and conditions, and the card fees set out at www.Prezzy® card.co.nz. Winners should refer to www.Prezzy® card.co.nz/terms-conditions/ for detailed Prezzy® Card terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, their use and expiry.
The competition is open to entrants over the age of 18 only.
The prize winner will be randomly drawn on 31 July 2022 from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email. If My Energy is unable to contact the winner within 2 working days, it may re-draw the prize. The winner agrees that My Energy may use the personal information My Energy holds about them to contact them and may announce their win on the My Energy website or social media profiles including using the winner’s name for that purpose.
The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by My Energy.
My Energy reserves the right to assess the validity of a winner’s participation in the prize draw.
My Energy reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation.
My Energy will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this prize draw and/or any announcements made in connection with the prize draw.
My Energy reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against My Energy or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, My Energy may award it to an alternative recipient. My Energy’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
